Ingredients
• Kefir “Zakvaskino” – 1 glass (200-250 g)
• Ripe banana – 1 pc. (200-250 g)
• Blueberries (fresh or frozen) – 1 cup (150-200 g)
• Kiwi (optional) – 1 pc. (80-90 g)
Cooking method:
1. Prepare the banana and kiwi, cut them into pieces.
2. Frozen blueberries can be left unthawed (or partially thawed).
3. Combine the banana, kiwi, blueberries and kefir in a blender.
4. Beat everything until smooth. Try it – if it turned out sour (depending on the berries and fruits), and it confuses you, add sugar or honey to the smoothie to taste.
5. Drink your Blueberry Banana Smoothie immediately after making it.
