Did you know?
To avoid problems with digestion fermented baked milk is not recommended to be combined with other sources of protein (meat, fish, eggs). It is best to combine it with bread, vegetables or fruits.

Ingredients
• Ryazhenka “Zakvaskino” – 400 ml
• Cookies – 100 g
• Bananas – 280 g (2 pcs.)
• Mango jam (optional) – 50 g
• Fresh mint for garnish (optional) – a few leaves
Cooking method:
1. Break the cookies into small pieces with your hands.
2. Use glasses or bowls to assemble the dessert. Put a small portion of cookie crumbs on the bottom of the glasses (about 1/4 each). A few cookies can be left to decorate the dessert. Top with 2-3 tbsp. spoons of ryazhenka.
3. Peel bananas. Cut into circles.
4. Place 4-5 slices of bananas on top of the cookie layer. Add 3 tbsp. spoons of ryazhenka.
5. Divide the remaining cookies among the glasses. Pour with ryazhenka.
6. Put the remaining circles of bananas on top and pour over the baked milk again.
7. Cookie dessert with ryazhenka and banana is ready. Garnish with mint leaves and Mango jam, if desired.
