Ingredients
• Sour cream “Zakvaskino” – 150 g
• Kefir “Zakvaskino” – 150 g
• Sugar – 1 tbsp. l.
• Salt
• Chicken egg – 1 pc.
• Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. l.
• Wheat flour / Flour – 160 g
• Yeast – 1 tsp.
Cooking method:
1. In a bowl, mix sour cream with kefir, add sugar and salt. We mix everything thoroughly.
2. Separately, mix the flour with dry yeast, mix thoroughly so that the yeast is evenly distributed throughout the volume.
3. Gradually add the flour to the liquid ingredients and mix thoroughly. The dough is thick and sticky. At the very end, add vegetable oil and mix again. Cover the bowl with the dough and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
4. After the dough has risen, do not mix it any more! Fry in a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, on both sides.
5. Transfer the finished pancakes to a dish and serve with sour cream and berries. Pancakes are not sweet with a slight sourness.
