Lazy Dumplings with Tvorog

Ingredients

• Tvorog “Zakvaskino” – 400 g
• Sugar – 1 tablespoon
• Chicken egg – 2 pieces
• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Salt – to taste

Cooking method:

1. Mix tvorog, eggs and sugar. Add half a cup of flour. The dough should be sticky.
2. Pour half a glass of flour on the table. Lay out our dough. Roll in flour.
3. Make oblong sausages from the dough, cut into pieces about 4 cm and press a little on both sides, dipping in flour.
4. Boil water in a saucepan
5. Dip dumplings in boiling salted water and cook for 3 minutes after rising.
6. Serve with sugar, Zakvaskino sour cream, berries, mint, etc.
